Do you deliver and pick up?

Yes, for delivery to and from Dunsborough area, Eagle Bay, Yallingup & Quindalup it is a flat rate of $10 each way. For areas outside of this catchment please let us know and we may be able to arrange something for an additional fee. Alternatively, you can pick up/drop off from Dunsborough Lakes at no charge. Address will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Can I extend my hire period?

Yes, providing the equipment hasn’t been booked for the requested dates you can extend the hire period. Please contact us to do so.

Do I need to pay a bond?

Some items do require a bond. If this is required you will be notified prior to booking confirmation. Bond will be refunded if items are returned in line with the terms and conditions.

Is the equipment clean?

All of our items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after each hire.

What happens if something if a hire piece is stolen?

You are required to obtain a police report and if the item was not securely locked in a home or vehicle you will be required to pay for a new item.

What happens if a hire piece is damaged?

We will review any equpment damage on a case by case basis. We may require replacement costs for the item or costs to repair the item.

Do you carry Liability Insurance?

Yes we hold public liability insurance for the hire of baby equipment.
